You can send your new prescription to us in one of two ways:

Yes! You can transfer a prescription by using the provided form or through the SwyftScripts mobile app. Simply upload an image of your prescription container, or share the details of the pharmacy where it was previously filled, and we’ll handle the transfer.
Absolutely! SwyftScripts is built on advanced technology that’s encrypted to meet federal PHI regulations. Your account also has a unique username and password known only to you, ensuring your privacy and security.
We deliver prescriptions as quickly as 1–2 hours after receiving your order, and we offer next-day shipping in some instances. If your order is placed outside of business hours, we’ll deliver it the next day when we’re open. While we strive for quick service, some factors may cause delays.

Prescription delivery is completely free! You only pay your copay, if applicable.

No worries! SwyftScripts is flexible and can work alongside any current provider. There are two ways to begin:
- As a “bolt-on”: You enter an agreement with us outside your current plan. We’ll provide a custom formulary of specialty and brand-name drugs, and your employees can choose to opt in for those medications through SwyftScripts. Any drugs not on the formulary will still be filled by your existing provider.
- As a plan design change: We can incorporate SwyftScripts into your existing benefits package, seamlessly switching to our services.
