Specialty Pharmacy Leadership
Yasser Almuaala
Chief Executive Officer
Yasser Almuaala is the Founder and CEO of SwyftScripts, a healthcare and pharmacy technology company transforming how patients and employers access specialty medications. With a background spanning hospitals, healthcare revenue cycle, operations, finance, pharmacy, and technology, Yasser brings a rare combination of front-line healthcare experience and strategic business vision to one of the industry’s most complex challenges: making critical medications more accessible, affordable, and manageable.
Yasser founded SwyftScripts to solve the inefficiencies he saw across the healthcare system, from fragmented workflows and rising drug costs to the administrative burden placed on patients, providers, and employers. Under his leadership, the company has evolved into a modern specialty pharmacy platform serving patients, prescribers, employers, and benefit partners through a model built on access, transparency, operational excellence, and cost containment.
A recognized industry thought leader and innovator, Yasser is passionate about the future of value-based care, pharmacy innovation, and technology-enabled healthcare delivery. His vision for SwyftScripts is bold: to build the infrastructure for a smarter pharmacy ecosystem where patients receive better support, employers achieve meaningful savings, and healthcare becomes easier to navigate for everyone involved.
