1. Program Description
Program Name: Alerts and Notifications
SwyftScripts may send SMS messages to your mobile phone for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Prescription refill reminders
- Appointment reminders
- Prescription coordination
- Prescription status updates
- Delivery tracking notifications
We do not send promotional or marketing messages. Messages are sent solely to support and manage your pharmacy services.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your prescriptions, appointments, and delivery needs. Messages are sent only when necessary to provide these services.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile carrier’s plan for details.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent.
5. Support Instructions
For assistance, reply HELP to any message. You may also contact us by calling the number from which the message was sent.
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is supported by most major U.S. carriers. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
